Established in September 2004 by founders Tim Dellow and Toby L, with third partner Lilas Bourboulon joining shortly afterwards, in its genre-defying two-decade tenure Transgressive has worked with globally acclaimed, award-winning and chart-topping artists including Foals, Flume, SOPHIE, Loyle Carner, Black Country, New Road, Let’s Eat Grandma, Julia Jacklin, Regina Spektor, Beverly Glenn Copeland, Wesley Joseph, The Shins, Alvvays, Mykki Blanco, Songhoy Blues, At The Drive-In, Moonchild Sanelly and Damon Albarn.
To commence its birthday celebrations, Transgressive has announced a series of very special events in London over the course of the next four months, commencing with a rare show in Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre with Arlo Parks and Marika Hackman, and featuring a slew of its roster from around the world in iconic venues around the city. The shows will be held in association with charity partners War Child and Music Venue Trust, where attendees and guests will have the ability to learn more and offer donations to the respective causes.
