All Stripes is an independent communications agency specialising in music, podcasts and culture.
Founded in 2017 by Sarah Richardson and joined by partner Alice French in 2020, we combine more than 30 years of experience shaping stories across music, entertainment, media and creative brands. We believe great publicity isn’t simply about generating coverage – it’s about finding the right audience, creating meaningful conversations and building long-term cultural relevance.
Before founding All Stripes, Sarah spent over 15 years working across publicity and marketing, including roles at Columbia Records/Sony Music, Mushroom Music Group, Nettwerk Records and Bleached Communications. Throughout her career she has led campaigns for artists including Arlo Parks, Calvin Harris, Mark Ronson, Manic Street Preachers, Editors, The Streets, and Loyle Carner, alongside brands such as Ellesse, Unyoked and Burger & Lobster.
Alice brings 15 years of experience working with some of the UK’s leading music PR agencies and labels, including Purple PR and Your Army, where she was Head of Press. She has delivered campaigns for artists including Sinéad O’Connor, Goldfrapp, Dizzee Rascal, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, MGMT, Marina, Big Zuu and Avelino, developing a reputation for thoughtful strategy and long-standing media relationships.
Today, All Stripes works with artists, podcasts, creative brands and cultural organisations to tell stories that resonate. Whether launching a debut album, growing a podcast audience, introducing a new brand or supporting an established name through its next chapter, we build campaigns that are strategic, collaborative and tailored to every client.
Our roster remains intentionally small, allowing us to give every project the attention, creativity and senior expertise it deserves. That approach has helped us build lasting partnerships with clients at every stage of their careers – from emerging talent to BRIT, Grammy and Mercury Prize winners – and we’re just as excited by what’s next as what we’ve achieved so far.
