The company was founded by Sarah Richardson, who has over 15 years experience in Publicity, Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing predominantly within the music industry. Prior to All Stripes, Sarah was co-director of Bleached Communications, who represented clients including The Streets, Flume, Loyle Carner and Green Man Festival and worked with brands including Ellesse, Burger & Lobster and London Fields Fitness. Sarah spent a number of years working at Columbia Records/Sony Music and Nettwerk Records and played an incremental role in artist campaigns for Calvin Harris, Manic Street Preachers, Editors and Mark Ronson.
With over 10 years of diverse experience as an entertainment and music publicist, Alice French joined the company as a partner in 2020. She has worked with some of the industry’s leading agencies and labels, including Purple PR and was Head of Press at Your Army. Representing some of the most established and exciting emerging talent, Alice has worked on campaigns for artists including Goldfrapp, Sinead O’Connor, Dizzee Rascal, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Marina and The Diamonds, MGMT, Peace, Avelino and Big Zuu.
Our roster is kept deliberately concise at all times, enabling us to provide thoughtful, bespoke campaigns for each client. This approach has allowed us to build long-term relationships and achieve significant successes together. Our clients include BRIT, Grammy Award, and Mercury Prize winners, whom we have supported from the early stages of their careers.
