Matilda Mann has announced the release of her debut album, Roxwell, landing on February 28th through 7476..
From the lyrics pencilled in her diary to playing demos on the kitchen speaker, her forthcoming debut album is a living, breathing portrayal of Matilda Mann. Through the years, ‘Roxwell’ has been her constant and has seen the twist and turns of the bittersweet transition to adulthood. This first full-length record is an intimate portrayal – capturing love in its myriad forms. The tracks are as varied as their subjects, but tying it all together are Mann’s classic lyrics – witty, wise and leaving you wondering what else she meant.
Matilda has shared stages with Laufey at The Royal Albert Hall, The Staves, Holly Humberstone, Arlo Parks, Beabadoobee, and more. She’s sold out headline shows at Jazz Cafe, Lafayette, and EartH, and performed on the Park Stage at Glastonbury Festival. Recently, she featured on Bombay Bicycle Club’s single ‘Fantasneeze‘ and collaborated with US alt-pop artist spill tab.
